Dr. Scott Noren, DDS

Dr. Noren received his Bachelor's of Science/Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He then received his DDS from Loyola University of Chicago. Subsequent to that he completed a 1 year Hospital General Practice Residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. During that residency, there was an emphasis mainly on pediatric dental patients.
Dr. Noren then completed a 1 year Oral Surgery externship at LSU/New Orleans. After that year, he completed a 4 year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency in Kansas City, MO at Truman Medical Center. He then served 6 years active duty in the US Army and was honorably discharged in 2003. He spent time as an associate surgeon in Duluth, MN and then Saratoga Springs, NY prior to settling in Ithaca in 2005.
The practice he bought has been serving Ithaca for over 40 years; Dr. Noren has transformed the practice into a predominantly extraction, bone-grafting and dental implant state-of-the art practice.
